Territory Services Executive (Latvia)
Job purpose:
Territory Services Executive (TSE) role adds value to Microsoft by delivering a well-managed and growing business of customer accounts in the set territory that drives yearly Services revenue targets and long-term revenue opportunities.
TSE is involved in:
• Developing and maintaining broad customer partnerships.
• Ensuring from a Services perspective that initiatives are well-orchestrated and that teams and members are leveraged around opportunities for each account, resulting in quality services (solutions and offerings) being delivered in alignment with the set Services strategy.
• Creating strategic and actionable services account plans that define a clear growth strategy and are well incorporated in the overall account plans.
• Developing and managing a healthy and predictable pipeline that includes qualified services opportunities.
Candidate profile:
• Successful sales track record in one of the following industries - IT, Telco, Banking, Insurance, Transport in large enterprise environment.
• At least 5 years of experience at the similar position.
• IT knowledge – at least from user perspective.
• Strong business acumen.
• Extensive experience working in large “virtual” account teams—field sales, inside sales, and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account.
• Personal Attributes – highly motivated team leader with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners on driving the sales to meet customers’ business challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening and qualification skills.
• An overall passion for sales within a technology environment and for the business value it drives.
• Languages: Latvian - native, English – fluent, Russian - advantage.
