Note Some Microsoft Learning titles are unavailable for examination under the terms of this policy. However, we will provide a complimentary instructor desk copy of any Microsoft Learning title that has been adopted for classroom use.
To request an examination copy or desk copy for the Microsoft Official Academic Course (MOAC) or the Academic Learning Series (ALS) from our official academic publisher, John Wiley and Sons, please use one of the following options:

If you or your students have purchased a Microsoft Learning book with a defective CD-ROM, you can order a replacement CD-ROM by calling 800-MS-PRESS (800 677-7377) and selecting option 4. Make sure that you have the part number, which is printed on the CD-ROM.
