Ordering by mail
When ordering by mail, please include the following:

Pubnet
Pubnet is an electronic ordering network that colleges can use for submitting their orders. It is equally owned by AAP, NACS, ABA, and R.R. Bowker. Developed by General Electronic Information Systems, Pubnet can receive and confirm orders through the Pubnet network 24 hours a day. The database is updated daily.
The cost of the service to new members is a one-time US$75 charge. Members also receive special discounts.

After you submit the Pubnet agreement, you will receive a Welcome package containing your mailbox information, including IDs and passwords, log on information, instructions for connecting to the network, and a step-by-step guide for testing and certification.
Claims
Claims must be reported within 60 days and must include invoice information.
Returns information
Products returned for credit must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection and should be sent prepaid to the appropriate address.
