Learning Plans

A Learning Plan is a collection of training resources that are organized into an interactive path that focuses on your specific learning needs. Created by Microsoft experts, Learning Plans help you save time by organizing the training content that is most relevant to your goals into a self-guided path. Resources include online courses, instructor-led classes, books, and articles.

Learning Plans are part of the Microsoft Training Catalog and My Learning—a personal workspace on Microsoft.com that helps you find, access, and manage learning resources, such as e-learning, Microsoft Press books, exams, and certifications.

Microsoft Training Catalog and My Learning

  • The Microsoft Training Catalog is a tool that enables you to browse through a full list of training options by Learning Plan, Microsoft product, or training resource.

  • My Learning is a personal space that allows you to activate, open, and save training resources and track your progress toward completion of your goals. You can add training options, such as classroom training, e-learning, Microsoft Press books, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) exams, and Learning Plans to My Learning directly from the Microsoft Learning Web site or the Microsoft E-Learning Web site. Simply use the Save to My Learning button (see the following illustration).
