About Mike Snyder, Jim Steger, and Brendan LandersMike Snyder is recognized as an industry-leading CRM expert. He is cofounder and principal of Sonoma Partners, a consulting firm that specializes in Microsoft CRM implementations. Microsoft twice awarded Sonoma Partners the Global Microsoft CRM Partner of the Year.

Jim Steger has architected and led multiple award-winning Microsoft CRM deployments, including complex enterprise integration projects. He has been developing solutions and writing code for Microsoft CRM since the version 1.0 beta. He acted as a technical reviewer for several Microsoft CRM certification exams, and is also a cofounder and principal of Sonoma Partners.

Brendan Landers is a consulting director at Sonoma Partners, overseeing all of the company’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting projects. He has led numerous Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects for companies in the following industries: professional and financial services, education, healthcare, hospitality, and others. Prior to joining Sonoma Partners, Brendan worked at Information Resources, Inc. as a Director, Quality Assurance and Delivery, where he led several data quality and business intelligence initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Iowa.
