| At Course Completion The goal of this course is to enable students to: - Identify the primary components that support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, including the Microsoft SQL Server database, Application File Server, Application Object Server, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft SQL Analysis Server, Internet Information Services, SharePoint Services, and Active Directory.
- Identify the Hardware and Software requirements for the various Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 deployment scenarios.
- Recognize the requirements that must be in place prior to installing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
- Complete the Installation procedures for the SQL Server database, Application File Server, Application Object Server, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Client for both the live and test environments.
Complete the Installation Checklist. - Complete several Post-installation tasks, including entering preliminary data in the core Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 modules.
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to work between live, test, and development environments.
- Import data into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
