Additional skills recommended
This is a comprehensive exam that covers the majority of the functionality in Microsoft FRx Desktop. Some of the questions are specific to complex reports that require using some FRx functionality that is not necessary for designing typical reports. Although all answers can be found in the Essentials I and II training manuals, individuals who have significant customer experience in designing reports with Microsoft FRx will have an advantage when they take this exam.
This exam does not cover the installation or configuration of Microsoft FRx, and it is not specific to any general ledger system. However, it does require a basic understanding of the routine maintenance users would encounter while using Microsoft FRx in their environments.
