Because this program is relatively new in cities, countries, and regions on the Indian subcontinent (including Bangalore, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Calcutta, Chennai, Maldives, Mumbai, Nepal, New Delhi, and Sri Lanka), the Program Guide lists some exceptions for your region.
