Use your voucher

Step 1: Locate a Prometric test center, and then schedule and pay for your initial exam.

Note You must have the voucher number before you register. You can schedule an exam by visiting the Prometric Web site, contacting Prometric by phone, or visiting the test center in person.

Step 2: Take your exam.

Step 3: If you do not pass the exam on your first try, register for your free retake exam by visiting the Prometric Web site, call center, or test center location. Use the same voucher number.

Note You must wait one day after taking your initial exam before you can register for your retake exam. This time is required so that we can enter your test results into the system.
