Challenging a Microsoft Business Certification or Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Exam Question
If you believe that an exam question is not valid, you can request an evaluation of the question. We will evaluate your challenge and send you an e-mail message within five business days of receipt. The message will include either the result of the evaluation or an estimate of when you can expect a response. After we make a decision, it will be regarded as final, and no further evaluation will occur.

However, in the interest of exam security, you will not be informed whether your response was correct. | A. | By the time an exam is released, each question has been reviewed multiple times. When a candidate submits an exam question challenge, an additional review occurs.
