This SA Benefits Calculator (Calculator) may contain personal information. Personal information includes any information that permits an individual to be identified or contacted (such as name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, financial information or account numbers, social security number, or any other government issued ID numbers).
Users of the Calculator (a Microsoft Partner or a Microsoft Internal Account Team Member) can estimate Software Assurance benefits for a customer based on factors such as license count, product selection, Software Assurance spend, and program type. Personal information contained in this Calculator may include information entered by users of the Calculator to identify a particular customer’s enrollment, such as a customer name or the user’s own name. If the user enters any Personal Information in the Calculator, that information must only be used by the user who entered the information in order to identify a particular customer estimate. The information may not be used or shared for any other purpose, and may not be added to other databases or combined with data from other databases.
Subject to these restrictions, personal information in the Calculator must be used for Microsoft-related business purposes only. Any use, transfer, or storage of personal information must be in accordance with (i) the Microsoft Corporate Privacy Policy if you are a Microsoft employee or the data protection language in your contract if you are a Microsoft vendor or the confidentiality provision of your Microsoft Channel Agreement with Microsoft if you are a Microsoft Partner; (ii) the terms of any privacy statement(s) under which the information was originally collected; (iii) and any contact or other usage preferences expressed by the individual to whom the information relates.
