Microsoft Volume Licensing Customer Community CHAT

Published: February 23, 2007 | Updated: August 15, 2007

The Customer Community CHAT targets the roles and responsibilities of the individuals and organizations Microsoft works with daily on software management. Our goal is to create two-way communication channels that are more predictable and that allow each of you to participate based on your interests and expertise.

This new program is a monthly forum for business and purchasing decision makers that is both informative and collaborative. As a participant, you will have an inside look at future Microsoft technology and programs. In addition, you will have an opportunity to voice opinions and provide feedback about licensing strategies, design, pricing, tools, and industry trends.

The new format includes:

Monthly conference calls that you can join by using an easy, manageable registration process.

Regional meetings around the world with other business leaders and Microsoft, scheduled throughout the year.

An online community forum where you can access event schedules, view meeting summaries, provide real-time feedback, and more.
