If you are signed in to the VLSC and the Licensing IDs for your organization are not displayed, you may need to confirm your permission settings. To request access to your Licensing IDs, complete the Request Permissions procedure:
Go to Administration > Request Permissions.
Select the appropriate Program.
Enter the Licensing ID.
Select the appropriate permissions.
Add additional comments (optional).
If you are an Open License customer, you may receive a Request Permission Failure Notification for one of two reasons:
