You can use the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) to download licensed products, access product keys, and manage your Microsoft Volume Licensing agreements and license acquisition activity—all in one online location. It is particularly useful for:

  • Existing Microsoft Volume Licensing customers in the midsize and enterprise segments who access their current Microsoft License Statements using Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS). Note: The License Summary has replaced the former Microsoft License Statement in VLSC. View the License Summary FAQ

  • eOpen or new Volume Licensing customers.

  • Microsoft partners whose customers have delegated license management privileges to them and who currently access a Microsoft License Statement (now License Summary) using MVLS or eOpen.

You can access the VLSC directly.Customers using eOpen or MVLS are provided with a secure link to the VLSC.

  • A better product download experience. Download options for all supported Volume Licensing include language, platform, and file format.

  • Access to Product Activation Keys. Request and view VLicense Keys for eligible Volume Licensing software products, including pre-assigned KMS and MAK product keys.

  • A Software Assurance Benefit Summary. View aggregated Software Assurance benefits based on your Software Assurance eligibility profile.

  • The What's New Notification Center. New features and services relevant to VLSC and Volume Licensing are highlighted to improve using and managing Volume Licensing agreements.

  • Secure Access. VLSC is available to registered users only. Registered users can access VLSC through existing MVLS and eOpen sites.

  • A localized user interface. Localized user interface is provided in twenty-four (24) languages with additional languages planned for future releases.
