The Enterprise Enrollment lets you standardize on the familiar Microsoft tools you use every day, and move them beyond the desktop to equip devices and users where they are needed. With the Enterprise Enrollment, you can choose to run PC and device software and cloud services across your organization. Such organization-wide implementations help you reduce device and user management and support costs, and also provide additional pricing advantages above the standard volume pricing levels.

Products and Online Services

How it works

The Enterprise Enrollment is appropriate for your organization if you have more than 250 PCs, devices and/or users and want to license software and cloud services for your organization for a minimum, three-year period.

During this term, you can get attractive volume pricing for Microsoft core PC and device products, namely Windows 7 Enterprise, Office Professional Plus 2010 and applicable client access licenses, in exchange for your enterprise-wide licensing commitment.

You also get the added flexibility to transition from these on-premises licenses to comparable cloud services like Office 365 and Windows Intune. Should you add new users or devices during the term of your Enterprise Agreement, you can equip them with software and cloud services you are already using and then account for these changes once a year through an annual reconciliation process known as True-up.

Finally, you can spread the cost of your Enterprise Enrollment across three annual payments, helping you predict future budget requirements.

The Microsoft Application Platform is a set of integrated technologies and tools that support innovation by helping you maximize the value of your existing applications, rapidly develop new applications, and make significant gains in productivity while decreasing total cost of ownership.

Products

How it works

During the three-year Enrollment term, you get attractive volume pricing for Microsoft Application Platform Products, including Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and BizTalk, Server and applicable client access licenses in exchange for your enterprise-wide licensing commitment.

With the Enrollment for Application Platform you choose between Premium and Standard edition Suites that offer significant saving over purchasing products separately. While your initial purchase must meet minimum volumes, you can adjust upward any suite component to suit your expanding IT infrastructure.

During the three-year Enrollment period, as your needs expand, you may deploy additional copies of the Server Suites, or Suite components you are already using and then account for these changes once a year through an annual reconciliation process known as True-up. You can also choose to have a three-year, rather than an annual True-up. This option that may be especially attractive if you anticipate rapid growth in your server, processor or Client Access License (CAL) needs.

Finally, your Software Assurance coverage will give you access to the latest versions of EAP components enabling you to adopt the latest technology. If you are a larger customer with Microsoft Premier Services accounts, you may also benefit from unlimited problem resolution support for mission critical systems.

Microsoft has a set of products and technologies that can help you with Core Infrastructure Optimization to get more value out of your existing datacenter resources. An optimized datacenter delivers services that are more efficient, more reliable, and more closely aligned to the changing needs of your business.

Products

How it works

With the Enrollment for Core Infrastructure you choose among two Core Infrastructure Server Suites that offer significant saving over purchasing products separately.

While your initial purchase must equip at least 50 processors, you may choose any combination of the different Core Infrastructure Server Suites that best meets your virtualization needs and the workloads in your IT environment.

During the three-year Enrollment period, as your processor count expands, you may deploy additional copies of the Server Suites you are already using and then account for these changes once a year through an annual reconciliation process known as True-up. You will also need to purchase any Client Access Licenses (CAL) as may be required to access the Core Infrastructure Server Suites.

Finally, your Software Assurance coverage will give you access to the latest versions of ECI server products enabling you to upgrade your licenses gradually to support your IT environment.
