This secure site provides a convenient way for you to access important information about your Open License enrollment, including license orders, purchase history, and Volume License Keys for software installations. You can also track compliance and receive order confirmations. Using eOpen simplifies license management and helps reduce the time you spend tracking copies of software licenses.

To access eOpen, you will need a license authorization number and corresponding license number. Microsoft will issue your authorization number after your Open License order has been processed. This authorization identification number can be used and shared with qualified affiliates for the duration of the two-year agreement, helping to reduce procurement costs and simplify the purchasing process.
