eOpen License Tool

For Open Business and Open Volume, eOpen offers an easy, online way for you to electronically manage your license orders, view purchase history, track compliance, and receive order confirmation. This online tool provides you with electronic order confirmation and a license order history, and it enables you to create personalized views of this information.

Microsoft Volume License Services

For Open Value, Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) offers online, secure, and personalized access to details about your licenses, including Volume License Keys, agreement status, and purchase order information.

You can manage your licenses by using the password-protected MVLS Web site. This online reporting tool provides you with confirmation of license purchases and accurate reporting of licenses purchased to date, including expired agreements.

After Microsoft process a new Open Value agreement, the signer of the agreement will receive an e-mail message with information about accessing the MVLS site. If you have not received an invitation and would like access to MVLS, you can submit a request through your Large Account Reseller (LAR) or from the MVLS Web site.
