| A. | Yes. All courses in the Applications and Systems pools can be integrated into an LMS. You can download SCORM-compliant content from Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) or order CDs from your reseller. Courses in the Server pool cannot be integrated into your LMS because they provide virtual labs that must be hosted on the Microsoft Web site. The Server courses are available from Microsoft E-Learning Online. |
| Q. | Are MELL-based courses for Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP still available? |
| A. | Yes. MELL-based courses for Office 2003 and Windows XP are available in all languages that were previously available. You can access the courses from MVLS. |

| A. | Microsoft Software Assurance E-Learning courses provide online learning experiences with a broad range of products. They are designed for end users and IT staff. The Training Voucher benefit is instructor-led training provided by Microsoft Certified Partners. It is designed for IT professionals and developers and does not cover training for end users. | A. | You can acquire the additional Microsoft E-Learning content through Volume Licensing. |

| A. | Language availability varies from course to course. A total of 16 languages are available. |
| Q. | How can I access e-learning content if my organization does not have Internet access? |
| A. | If your organization does not have Internet access, you can download SCORM-compliant content from MVLS or purchase a media kit from your reseller. The content can be integrated into your own SCORM-compliant Learning Management System. |
