Microsoft Entourage 2004 Junk E-mail Filter Update 1

This optional update provides the Junk E-mail Filter in Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac with a more current definition of which e-mail messages should be considered junk e-mail. Additional updates will follow.

System requirements

Before you install, make sure that Microsoft Entourage 2004 version 11.1 or later is installed on your computer. To check the version number, open Entourage, and then on the Entourage menu, click About Entourage.

In addition, this update has the following system requirements:

Hard disk: 5 MB of hard disk space.

Note   To see information about your computer, on the Apple menu, click About This Mac, and then click More Info.

Additional information

This update changes the Junk E-Mail Protection file in the Microsoft Office 2004/Office folder. After the update is installed, you can check the version number of the file to verify that the version number is 11.1.0. To see the version number of a file, select it in the Finder, and then click Get Info on the File menu.
