Print your sheet on just one page

Why?

To reduce the amount of paper needed to print a large amount of information.

How?

On the Formatting Palette, under Page Setup, select the Fit to check box.

On Formatting Palette, under Page Setup, select Fit to check box

Tip If you don't see the Formatting Palette, click View > Formatting Palette.

Type 1 in both the page(s) wide box and page(s) tall box.

Type 1 in pages wide and pages tall boxes

Click Print.

Click Print button

Hints

For sheets with lots of columns, click Landscape to maximize the use of space on the printed page.
To print a sheet so that the columns appear on one page, but the rows can extend to more than one page, type 1 in the page(s) wide box, and then type 9999 in the page(s) tall box.
