In an Office document, you can create a hyperlink to another Office document, a Web page, or an e-mail address.

You can define a cell or an object as a hyperlink that opens a range with a defined name or a specific cell reference in an Excel workbook. You can also link to a Word document, a PowerPoint presentation, a Web page, a file, or an e-mail address.
Select the cell or object that you want to become the hyperlink.
On the Insert menu, click Hyperlink.
Click the tab for the type of hyperlink that you want to insert.
Follow the instructions to create a link to a Web page, a document, or an e-mail address.
To assign a tip that is displayed when you rest the pointer on the hyperlink, click ScreenTip, and then type the text that you want.

Hold down the mouse button for at least two seconds on the cell that contains the hyperlink, and then release the button.
To select a range of cells that contain hyperlinks, hold down the mouse button for at least two seconds on the first cell in the range, and then drag to select the range of cells that contain hyperlinks.
On the Insert menu, click Hyperlink.
Make the changes that you want.

Hold down CONTROL, click the hyperlink, and then on the contextual menuA menu that shows a list of commands relevant to a particular item. Among items for which you can display a contextual menu are text, tables, words flagged by the spelling checker, and graphics., click Remove Hyperlink.

Select all cells on the sheet by clicking the diamond at the top left corner of the sheet grid.
