You can show your day's events and To Do List right on your desktop with My Day, a widget-like application that displays Entourage information. Even when Entourage is closed, you can use My Day to conveniently see your schedule, check off completed To Do itemsMessages and contacts flagged as "To Do" as well as tasks. All To Do items appear in the Entourage To Do List in Tasks view., and create new tasks.
Click Mail

Click My Day
.
The My Day application opens.
Do any of the following:
To
Do this
View the location of a calendar event
Rest the pointer on the event.
Open an event or To Do item in Entourage
Double-click the item's text.
Mark a To Do item as complete
Select the check box next to the To Do item.
The item is removed from the To Do List on My Day and marked as complete in the To Do List in Entourage.
Add a task to your To Do List
Click
, type the task in the box that appears, and then press ENTER.
View events and To Do List for the next day or the previous day
Click the arrows
in the upper-right corner of My Day.
Show My Day in the Dock
Click
, click the General tab, and then click Show in Dock.
