On the View menu, click Formatting Palette.

Under Document Theme, click the arrow next to Colors, and then click Create Theme Colors.

Click a color that you want to change, and then click Change Color.

Click a color that you want, and then click OK.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each color that you want to change.

In the Name box, type a name for your custom theme colors, and then click Apply to All.

On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Slide Master.

Make sure that the slide master is selected.

On the Insert menu, click Picture, click the image, and then click Insert.

Click to select the image, rest the pointer over the picture until it becomes a four-headed arrow , and then drag the image to the lower right corner of the master slide.

On the View menu, click Normal.

On the View menu, point to Master, and then click Slide Master.

In the left pane, below the top slide, click a layout.

On the Insert menu, click New Layout.

On the Master toolbar, click Picture .

If you do not see the Master toolbar, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Master.

Drag the cursor to draw the picture placeholder on the left side of the layout.

On the Master toolbar, click Text .

Drag the cursor to draw the text placeholder on the right side of the layout.

On the View menu, click Normal.

On the File menu, click Save As.

In the Save As box, type New Look.

On the Format pop-up menu, click PowerPoint Template (.potx).

The following location is selected: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User Templates/My Templates/.

Click Save.

On the File menu, click Project Gallery.

In the Category list, click My Templates, and then click New Look.

Create a new presentation by using the New Look template, and then on the Standard toolbar, click  Save .

In the Save As dialog box that opens, on the Where pop-up menu, click Documents.

Click Save.

The new presentation is saved in the Documents folder as a PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx) file.
