Address
Book
Entourage 2001 includes a comprehensive Address Book to help keep
track of personal and business contacts. Customers can view their
contact card information at a glance with the new Summary View
in the Address Book. With the click of a button, common tasks
such as locating an address on a map or finding driving directions
from Expedia.com™ are automated within the Summary View. The new
tabbed categories for Home, Work and Personal contact information
help organize the contents of your Address Book, and even includes
the ability to add a picture of the contact. Throughout the application,
you can apply your own color-coded categories to e-mails, contacts,
appointments, and tasks.

Calendar
The new integrated Calendar makes time management simple by enabling
you to organize your schedule and set reminders for important
events, dates and projects from any Office application. The Calendar
can display a schedule by month, week or day. It also includes
a Today window, which simultaneously displays the day's events
and tasks. New events can be created quickly, and meeting requests
can be sent to others over e-mail using the iCal standard. The
Calendar can be shared easily with others over the Internet using
the Save Calendar as Web Page feature.

Task
List
A new Task List with built-in reminders helps you keep track of
multiple projects. The automated reminders can be set as desired,
whether as a standard or recurring reminder.
Tight
Integration
Office-wide
Address Book
The comprehensive Address Book is accessible from any Office application,
so you can easily use contact information from Entourage 2001
to complete tasks such as a Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.
Office-wide
Calendar, Flags and Task List
The Calendar can be accessed from any Office application to track
projects using the Flag for Follow-up feature and automated reminders.
A Flag for Follow-up button exists on the main toolbar in every
Office application and allows you to flag a document for additional
attention at a later date, making Entourage 2001's Calendar the
timekeeper in Office.
Links
More people today are using their e-mail as a task management
list, yet organizing the necessary files to complete a task can
be a challenge. The Links feature provides the ability to link
an e-mail message with any item in your Calendar, Address Book,
Task List, another Office document or any other file on your Mac,
such as a FileMaker database or Adobe PhotoShop graphic. Links
are designed to help you better organize information and tasks.
Links are different than attachments, and linked items are not
attached to your outgoing e-mails.

Synchronization
With Palm Handhelds & MSN™ Hotmail® accounts
Entourage 2001 easily synchronizes with Palm Handhelds and MSN
Hotmail accounts. You can take your consolidated Calendar, Address
Book, Tasks, Notes and Categories on the go with Palm Handhelds.
You can also manage e-mail from your MSN Hotmail account using
the flexible tools of this new application.
