Activating your SA Benefits Follow these steps to quickly understand what benefits are available, how to communicate the value of these benefits to your human resources team, IT department, and knowledge workers—and then activate and use your Software Assurance benefits. Step 1: Know your Benefits entitlement To view your SA benefits, you are required to register on the Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) site at: https://licensing.microsoft.com After login with your passport id and password, click on the SA benefits link. You should view all the benefits you are entitled to under the Benefits Summary page. Step 2: Communicate Communicate how these benefits can be used across your organisation. Note that all SA benefits can only be administered by the Benefits Administrator who are given access to MVLS. Step 3: Activate & Use Activate and manage all of your organisation's benefits on the Microsoft Volume License Services (MVLS) Web site.
