Virtual Earth(MapPoint Web Service)
The licensing structure for Virtual Earth includes:
  • Platform access fees: This fee is waived for Virtual Earth.
  • Transaction-based fees: Value-Add Resellers are billed quarterly for the number of transactions that are used by customers. Discounts are available on a waterfall scale that is based on quarterly volume.
  • Known user fee: A known user fee is required each year for applications that have a known set of users.
