As you may have heard, our interview process can be quite rigorous. But we’re confident you’ll do well. In our opinion, we invite some of the best students to our campus to meet with us. And that means you.

Our interviews are also highly rewarding. Many of our MBAs have told us that it was the people they met in their interviews that sealed the deal for them when they chose to come on board. We’ll do everything we can to provide you with the same experience.

While you’re here:

•	You’ll meet our people. You’ll be interviewed by potential peers and managers from groups where positions are available and match your skill set. We also try to give you the opportunity to meet those in divisions and groups associated with the skills and interests you’ve shared, as well as the position you’re seeking. To assure that all candidates have an equal opportunity to prepare, you’ll know which team you’ll be meeting 24 hours before your first interview. This also keeps you from spending time researching a position that may have already been filled—things can move pretty fast here. Also note that most interviews last about 45 minutes, so we encourage you to arrive well rested.
•	You’ll be asked to think out loud. No matter what group or position you’re interviewing for, we’ll want to know how your mind works. So be prepared to verbalize your thought process as you respond to questions. You may be presented with various case problems to help gauge your problem-solving and strategic abilities, marketing acumen, or leadership skills.
•	You’ll get to explore. If your schedule permits, we encourage you to see the campus and surrounding community and to get a feel for the place you may soon call home.

And because we want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your stay, we handle all the arrangements and expenses for your visit—travel, rental car, accommodations, and meals.

When Will You Know the Outcome?
After your trip, your School Recruiter will be in touch, usually within a couple of weeks. If you receive an offer, he or she will work with you to help you reach a decision that’s right for you. We work within school guidelines regarding acceptance deadlines, so the time you have to make your decision may vary.
