 What to Expect
Discovering Shared Values
If you’re like most MBAs we meet, you probably want to know what we look for during interviews. If you’ve been invited for a second interview, chances are good we already have much in common. We both are inspired by people who have a strong ability to learn, high intelligence, a passion for technology and what it can do, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong customer focus, and a desire to be the best. Other traits we look for in prospective employees: | • | A long-term perspective—not just to business and technology, but to the relationships we have with customers, partners, and colleagues. | | • | Unshakeable determination—a willingness to take risks, make mistakes, start over, and keep driving towards that perfect solution, even in the face of stiff resistance. | | • | Respect for collaboration—an openness to the interests and opinions of others even in the midst of spirited conflicts, coupled with a desire to keep things moving forward. |
Your Interview Venue
To make the most effective use of our time together, you may be asked to take part in a “Super Day,” where interviews with numerous candidates are held in a central location on campus. Or, your interviews may be of the more traditional one-on-one variety. It all depends on your hiring group and the number of available positions. Both methods are designed to give a personalized experience that lets you showcase your abilities to the fullest. | |
