CSG tackles some of the toughest strategic and operational challenges faced across all of Microsoft’s business groups. Past CSG projects have given life to several high-profile Microsoft products and initiatives, including Windows OneCare™ (subscription desktop management service), Microsoft® Office Live Meeting (web conferencing business through the acquisition of Placeware), Microsoft® Exchange Hosted Services (messaging-related services through the acquisition of FrontBridge) and the Security Business Technology Unit (a 1,000+ person organization). Sponsors of CSG projects are either senior executives of the company (VP through C-level) or the Chairman and Board of Directors. In this high-profile role, you’ll think across the entire portfolio of Microsoft businesses in order to propose and analyze strategic decisions spanning multiple divisions.
