adopción de mejores
prácticas gerenciales
y de TIC han acelerado el
rendimiento organizacional.

negocios, qué afecta
el desempeño la productividad
y el margen; qué
tanto pesa la innovación
y el uso de TIC, qué
otras prácticas gerenciales
se requieren, cuáles
son las oportunidades para
