Associated classroom training for delivery (typically 2
days) and on-line, on-demand training for Services sales
Offerings Lifecycle & Roadmap
A key goal of the Services Ready program is to deliver predictability in
partners' dealings with Microsoft and an ability to plan ahead as to which
services offerings will become available and when. This is encapsulated in the 3
stages of the offerings lifecycle as shown.
Stage 1
Microsoft Makes the Market for Offerings
Launch, build market and secure early successes
Stage 2
Partners Train on Offerings and Begin Delivery
Offerings released to Partners
- Partners trained
- Co-engagement between Microsoft Services and partners on customer projects
- Partners and Microsoft Services both meeting demand (together or
individually)
Stage 3
Offerings Graduate to Partners
Offerings graduated to Partners
- Partner capacity able to meet market demand
- Partners are Microsoft's delivery channel of choice
- Offerings graduate twice per year, in November and May
