Solve Issues Fast with Continued Problem-Resolution Support
Recover quickly if issues arise by taking advantage of problem-resolution support
through Custom Support. With this program, customers can continue to obtain technical
support for a previous version of a product or out-of-support services pack.
Receive Critical and Important Security Hotfixes
Get security hotfixes for vulnerabilities labeled as critical and important by the
Microsoft Security Response Center. Through a secure process, this information is
delivered only to customers with Custom Support.
Request Non-Security Hotfixes
For issues that are non-security related and not classified as critical or important
by the Microsoft Security Response Center, you can receive hotfixes for a per-hotfix
fee.
Availability
Custom Support is available as an add-on to Premier Support to customers who have
an upgrade or migration plan for the products and technologies covered.
