With Premier FirstStep, you can now bring the benefits of Premier Support to your business through a six-month introductory offering. By taking advantage of Premier FirstStep, you can discover all the benefits of Premier Support while reducing financial risk and gaining the critical knowledge and insight needed to effectively plan your future support agreement in confidence.

Premier FirstStep will provide your organization with:

  • Proactive Services. Engage in your choice of a Health Check or Risk Assessment Program.
  • Service Management. Benefit from a designated account representative and ongoing program to help monitor the progress of your IT operations improvement projects and help alleviate any issues that may arise.
  • Problem Resolution Services. Gain prioritized 24x7 problem-resolution support with an escalation path to developers.

Availability

Premier FirstStep is available as a one-time, six-month contract. The offering is available only to companies that have not had a Premier Support contract within the last 12 months.

Moving Forward

At the end of the six-month introduction, you can transition to a full-length Premier Support offering, including Premier Foundation, Premier Standard, or Premier Plus.
