Microsoft platform programming experience is not necessary for this conference, but many presentations will build up on basic understanding of the .NET Framework.

Official conference language is English.

The sessions will be held at the Marriott Doha Hotel - Qatar where accommodation will also be provided for all attendees and speakers.
