Microsoft released Office Language Interface Pack (LIP) to help users who uses languages not included in Office Multi User Interface (MUI) to use Office with their native language interface.
One of Office 2003 LIP languages is Farsi (Persian) LIP. The aim of it, is to give Farsi (Persian) language speakers the ability to use Office 2003 with their language.
