Microsoft Technical Services Coordination (TSC) is a FREE service that provides a Technical contact for proactive & reactive Consultancy (Advisory) requests - Limited to 40 Hours, excluding break fix (problem) support.

The headquarters for Microsoft Gold Certified Partners ONLY.(Not available to individual locations unless their headquarters primary contact agrees to share)
