July 2009 - Leila Serhan is the new Microsoft Country Manager for Lebanon and Indirect Markets (Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and the Palestinian Authorities), leading the sales, marketing and service operations in these countries. In this role, Leila will continue driving Microsoft’s mission of enabling people and businesses around the world to realize their full potential, through building great partnership with the IT ecosystem and bringing the latest innovation to these markets.

Former country manager, Khalil Abed El Massih has been appointed as the new Citizenship Director for the NEPA region. In this newly created role, Khalil will be driving Microsoft’s citizenship strategy across NEPA working with Country Managers, Public Sector, and Marketing teams to drive positive perception of Microsoft impact in NEPA countries with governments, partners, customers and the communities at large.
