While Microsoft Money may no longer be available for retail purchase after June 2009, Microsoft is fully committed to maintaining online services for all existing Money financial institution partners. If you are an existing Money financial institution partner and would like to request an online service change for your Money brand, please review the steps below.

Interested in becoming updating your Microsoft Money brand? Check to see if Money already has your financial institution listing in the Financial Institution Partner List. If your institution is in this list the following steps will help you complete the simple update process:

1. Check to see if Money already has your financial institution listed in the Financial Institution Partner List. If you are already in this list, e-mail the Microsoft OFX Financial Institution Team to indicate your interest in updating your 1-way OFX brand in Money. Please provide the name of your financial instiution and your homepage URL when making your request.
2. Once your update has been processed by Microsoft, an email containing the Live Production Agreeement (LPA) will be sent to all contacts. The LPA must be signed and faxed back to us at 425-708-0316. This agreement confirms that you approve the branding data as provided by Microsoft and formally makes the request that Microsoft publish this data as is to our branding server.

1. If your institution is in our list and would like to offer 2-way OFX services, email the Microsoft OFX Financial Institution Team to indicate your interest in updating your Microsft Money brand.
2. We require two items for all 2-way OFX brands. First, review the logo specification and provide a logo for your institution which meets that specification. Second, obtain a copy of your OFX server profile reponse. If you are unfamiliar with OFX profiles your OFX service provider may be able to help you. Email the logo and OFX profile response to the Microsoft OFX Financial Institution Team.
3. If you institution offers 2-way OFX services and after Microsoft receives all required branding items, we will send test instructions to you so you may review your brand in Money. To guarantee your customers have correct information for your financial institution, review the test brand to confirm that Money shows the information you want and can connect to your OFX solution as expected. For more information about how to test you may review our test Branding information. If any changes need to be made, e-mail the Microsoft OFX Financial Institution Team before approving the files.
4. When the brand meets your approval, sign the Live Production Agreement (LPA), and fax one copy to 425-708-0316. This agreement confirms that you approve the branding data as provided by Microsoft and requests that Microsoft publish this data as is to our branding server. When submitting the LPA please request a date from our Live Production Schedule. Any request which falls outside of our Live Production Schedule is subject to a fee. Requests which align with our schedule are not subject to a fee.
