Please note:
  • To synchronize your data with Microsoft Money, you must download and install Ultrasoft Money.
  • Ultrasoft Money will work on Pocket PC and SmartPhone devices running Windows Mobile 2003 SE or later, and on Palm and Treo handhelds.
  • Ultrasoft Money will synchronize with Microsoft Money 2002 and later.
  • If you upgrade Microsoft Money, you must also upgrade Ultrasoft Money.
    • If you are currently using Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC, please note the following:
  • Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC is obsolete.
  • There is no version available for Microsoft Money 2007 or Microsoft Money Plus.
  • Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC is not compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0 or later.
  • Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC is not available for the Palm.
  • If you upgrade Microsoft Money on your desktop computer, you must also upgrade your Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC software.
  • Money 2006 will ONLY synchronize with Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC 2006.
  • Money 2005 will ONLY synchronize with Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC 2005.
  • Money 2004 will ONLY synchronize with Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC 2004.
