Congratulations! You're now ready to download and set up Microsoft Money 2005. The estimated download time for the core program files is 30 minutes on 56K modem and considerably less on a high-speed connection. Downloading the additional program files may take 4.5 hours on 56K modem and considerably less on a high-speed connection. The download will occur in two easy steps.

Click Run in the download window to start download immediately.
After the download is complete, the installation of Microsoft Money 2005 will automatically start.
Set up Microsoft Money 2005:
On the dialog box, click OK.
If you accept the terms of use, click I Accept to install Microsoft Money.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
The core program files needed to run Microsoft Money are now installed on your computer. Next, you will instruct Money to download the additional program files in the background.
Start Microsoft Money 2005:
Start Microsoft Money 2005 and click Next on the Welcome page.
(Optional) Select the name and location of the Money file you want to use and click Next.
Click Accept if you accept the terms of the agreement.
Select I already have a Passport and click Next.
Enter the e-mail address and password of the Microsoft .NET Passport you used to acquire Money and click Sign In. (You must use the same Passport you used to acquire Money in order to upgrade.)
Click Yes to start downloading the rest of the Microsoft Money program files.
You may continue using Money while additional program files are downloaded in the background while your computer is connected to the Internet, however, some features will be unavailable until after the download is complete.
You will be notified when the download is complete and at that time you must reboot your computer. After restarting your computer, open Money, and sign in with your Passport. Once you have signed in, all of Money’s features will be available and fully functional.
