New York—The award, accepted on behalf of Microsoft by CEO Steve Ballmer, recognizes 10 years of partnership between Microsoft and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. It highlights the Microsoft commitment to young people through the innovative Club Tech initiative, a collaboration between Microsoft and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The Club Tech program is designed to equip the nation's youth with critical skills and experience so that they can successfully compete academically and prepare for a 21st-century workforce.
