Microsoft Open License Charity |
The Microsoft Open License Charity programme allows eligible non-profit organisations to acquire multiple software licenses—rather than multiple software packages—at reduced prices. You need only purchase one complete software package and enough licenses to cover the remaining amount of computers.
With Microsoft Charity Open License, customers purchase the licenses they need, not the packaging, disks and documentation they don't need. Microsoft Charity Open License is designed for organisations requiring as few as five licenses of Microsoft software. For example, if your organisation needs to purchase three licenses of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional, and two licenses of Microsoft Visio, that's the five license minimum requirement met!
Once you have Microsoft Charity Open License, going forward, you can order software licenses in any quantity. If your organisation grows (for example) by one PC in six months time - all you need to do is contact your Microsoft Reseller, and simply order one additional license of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional to add to your Microsoft Charity Open License agreement (at the same great price!).
Quite simply, Microsoft Charity Open License allows eligible organisations to license what they need, when they need it. Microsoft Charity Open License is not a rental or leasing program - when your organisation purchases software licenses through Microsoft Open License, your organisation owns the right to use these licenses forever-more!
