Terms And Conditions


The following conditions are applicable to all attendees:

  1. Registration is valid for the named attendees only. Before the conference starts, you can transfer registrations within your organisation or agency. All you need to do is provide written confirmation of the full names and contact details of the new attendees to microsoftevents@avenues.co.nz at least 5 working days prior to the event.
  2. All software provided to you at a Microsoft Business Intelligence Conference, if any, is licensed to you (not sold), may not be sold or otherwise transferred by you, and is subject to the standard license terms applicable to the relevant software.
  3. Microsoft reserves the right to change the sessions within the Microsoft Business Intelligence Conference without notice.
  4. Microsoft will retain and use the information you provide here for the purposes of the Microsoft Business Intelligence event. If you would like to request access or request correction of your personal information, please email UpToDate@microsoft.com or write to The Privacy Officer, Microsoft New Zealand Limited, PO Box 8070 Symonds Street, Auckland.
  5. When you submit registrations on behalf of other people (including any new attendees within an organisation), you confirm that they have seen and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  6. All invitations issued are at Microsoft’s sole discretion and subject to availability. Any registration or invitation issued may be cancelled or withdrawn by Microsoft at its sole discretion.
