Canterbury Department of Emergency Management

The Canterbury Department of Emergency Management (CDEM) have been awarded $90,000 to work with Datacraft NZ and Microsoft Consulting Services to develop an ‘eForms’ proof of concept solution.

This solution will use Microsoft InfoPath to improve the information collection process during an emergency, and allow appropriate staff from external agencies to access this information. If deployed, this solution could increase the effectiveness of emergency management responses.

This project aims to be completed by early 2009.
