Delivering deployment projects Deployments using this funding must be delivered by qualified technology partners. These partners are Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) or a Microsoft Certified Partner. The deployment team must include at least one member who is Microsoft Certified (or equivalent) in the products that are being deployed. Funding available The steering committee will identify the best proposals and then make an offer depending on available funds. Agencies applying for funding can request up to $150,000 in any single submission and can make an application in each round. Funding is limited to around $150,000 (or 10% of their net licensing contribution, whichever is the greater) per agency. Applications that are declined can be resubmitted for consideration at a later round. The delivery partner will be assigned a charge code to bill against. The allotment of funds is treated as a cap on the fees that can be charged by the organisation delivering the work. If the project scope changes, is cancelled or otherwise delivered under the allotted budget the remainder is returned to the funding pool. Auditing From time to time the selection committee will audit the projects that have been funded. This is to ensure that the deliverables match expectations and that the invoices are commensurate with the work performed. In addition we may seek the approval of the agency before paying an invoice charged to the funding allotment
