Licensing Options Overview
Enterprise Agreement for Government Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for Government is a comprehensive Volume Licensing programme for government organisations that have or want a centralised purchasing department and are interested in making a strategic decision to standardise on the latest Microsoft technology across their organisation. Software Assurance is included for every licence acquired through this programme.
Enterprise Subscription Agreement for Government Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement for Government is designed for government organisations that prefer to subscribe to Microsoft software licences. This comprehensive, subscription-based Volume Licensing programme is ideal for Government organisations that have or want a centralised purchasing department and are interested in making a strategic decision to standardise on the latest Microsoft technology across their organisation. Customers can realise a substantial cost savings over standard licence pricing and have the flexibility to licence only the software they need when they need it. Software Assurance is included for every licence acquired through this programme.
Select Licence for Government Microsoft Select Licence for Government provides volume licences for Government organisations that have mixed product and purchasing requirements. The programme is transactional and is based on forecasting software purchasing over a 3 year period, Select License for Government offers a flexible and cost-effective way to purchase licenses on pay-as-you-go basis. Software Assurance can be added to an individual licence or you can select Software Assurance membership for a pool of products.
Open Value for Government Microsoft Open Value for Government is for small and midsize Government organisations that want an easy way to manage their licenses, predictable software costs, better control over their software license expenses, and spread-out payments. Open Value for Government does include Microsoft Software Assurance, which is a comprehensive maintenance program with benefits such as downloads of new products, software training, and Microsoft E-Learning. Open Value for Government has both Company (Organisation)-wide and Non–Company (Organisation)-wide options.
Open Licence for Government Microsoft Open Licence for Government is a widely accessible and cost-effective way for government organisations to licence Microsoft products, starting with as few as five licences. Your Government organisation can also include Microsoft Software Assurance for Volume Licensing with your licences.
