  • What are the service levels you can expect to receive with regard to licensing support?
  • Does the reseller have any licensing customer references they can share?
  • What can you expect for post-sales support regarding licensing?
  • Will the reseller give you advice and guidance around deployment of Software Assurance benefits?
  • Does the reseller have any intentions of achieving the Microsoft Licensing competency?
