This session covers programs to address real issues that Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) face today.

Software Business Management Course
This is an overview of a course that has been rolled out through the Asia Pacific region and it originated here in New Zealand. In today competitive business market, it's all too easy for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to feel overwhelmed by the challenges of doing business. Faced with declining profit margins, shorter product lifecycles and the rapid globalization of the software market, there's a critical need for ISVs to create a clear roadmap for their future success.  This course addresses these issues.

ISV Royalty Program
The Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Royalty Licensing program is designed for ISVs that incorporate Microsoft technology into their value-added software business solutions for commercial distribution to their customers. It's appropriate for ISVs selling to large, small, or mid-market customers.

Channel Builder
The most exciting program to come out for ISVs from Microsoft ever. Channel Builder is a partner to partner networking benefit as part of the Microsoft Partner Program for ALL partner types.

Channel Builder will help you drive additional revenue, expand into new geographies and gain added exposure to other Microsoft partners.

Channel Builder provides partners to:
    • search online for WW Gold & Certified partners by partner type, name, geography, solution and/or market
    • identify WW partner products and services that compliment yours
    • communicate and collaborate online with partners
    • recommend partners

Channel Builder will be delivered via a WW online partner networking tool and via offline structured partner networking events
