The Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) enables services providers to license Microsoft products on a monthly basis to provide services and hosted applications to their end customers. The Services Provider License Agreement is intended for Web hosters; application service providers; service providers offering messaging and/or collaboration, platform infrastructure, streaming media, or Web/Internet services; ISVs providing hosted applications; outsourcers providing software licenses; and consultants providing software services.
