Keynote Speaker - Lou Carbone

Tech Ed 2007 is not only about equipping you with the latest technical information, it’s also about reigniting your passion for technology and learning how it can enhance business success.

In an increasingly generic world, where customers are fickle, margins are thin and profits are elusive, managing compelling experiences can make all the difference. That’s the message author and internationally acclaimed speaker Lou Carbone drives home.

Deviating from the usual Tech Ed Keynote, we are very pleased to bring you Lou Carbone who has been exploring the dynamics of experience creation and management for over 20 years.
